In a month's time SEBSPORTS.com will be celebrating it's first year anniversary. It has been an exceptional year for us but challenging none the less. We had a fantastic 2011Desert Challenge and we are currently at the top of the DMX Quad Cross leader board. The best part, however, has been establishing the relationships we have with all of you.
With your support we have been able to grow SEBSPORTS to the point where we have five full time Service Technicians, a growing variety of competitively priced powersports accessories and a web shop that is now live. With the experience gained over the last 12 months we have also been able to improve the efficiency levels of our workshop operations. To say a big thank you to all of you for your support (and sometimes patience!) we would like to pass these savings on to you.
With this in mind we are happy to announce that effective immediately we are reducing our service labour charge by 25% from a flat rate of 2 hours labour to a flat rate of 1.5 hours for all standard ATVs and dirt bikes. The standard service however will not change and will continue to consist of the following:
Engine oil change (always fully synthetic 15w50 or 10w60 racing oil)
Engine oil filter change (either OEM or Twin Air)
Air filter cleaning and oiling
Coolant top-up if required
Brake fluid and clutch fluid top-up if required
Chain tension adjustment and chain lubrication
Tire pressures
General check of all nuts and bolts
Bike wash
